For QR Ordering, if “payment first” is not required, the order will be sent to the kitchen without being paid. And the table icon on ZiiPOS will turn red to remind you that this is an unpaid order. If “payment first” is required, the order will be sent to the kitchen after customers pay for it online or offline.
Please go to Zii – Dashboard (ziicloud.com) to set up.
- Click on the button in the top left corner and go to “Online Order”.
- Go to “general”.
- With “Require Payment for QR Ordering” off, customers don’t have to pay first.
- With the button “require payment for QR code ordering” on, customers have to pay in advance. Turn “enable pay at counter” and customers can pay at counter.
- Click on “Modify” to set up.
