Opening Declaration
The opening declaration window will pop up after logging into Zii Retail POS. You may enter the total amount or input the number of notes, and then click “Submit” to save.
An opening cash declaration receipt could be printed out if needed.
Closing Declaration
The closing declaration window will pop up after clicking “Exit”.
You may enter the total amount or input the number of notes, and then click “Submit” to save.
You’ll be able to check if there’s a difference comparing with the opening declaration plus the cash transactions’ amount. Click “Close Session”.
Then the system will ask if you are going to do any cash-in (to prepare for the next day).
Cash-in windows will pop up if you click “Yes”. Click “Confirm” to save.
A closing cash declaration receipt could be printed out if needed.
