Log into psi.ziicloud.com
Go to “Product” under “Products”.
Go to “Import”.
Click “Import”.
Select “Material Base”.
Click “Template download”.
And it will download an Excel file.
Complete the Excel. There will be some data as example, which you may delete. The columns with red font headers are necessary.
After finishing the Excel, go back to the product importing page as step one to four above. And then click “Browse”.
It will compare the excel with exist items and check if there are any duplicate item codes and barcodes.
Click “Next Step”.
Then it will check the rest columns. If there are something wrong, the incorrect ones will display here and mark in red.
Hit the icon and it will show you the reason.
Click “Edit” to fix them.
Click “Save”.
Click “Next Step” after editing.
Click “Yes”.
And wait for it running.
Then the import is done.
You may download the excel (the version after being edited in step 12-15) if needed.
