When customers need to move to another table while they have ordered, you can use the “Transfer Table” function to transfer the order to another table. This article will walk you through the process of transferring tables.
Click on the toolbar button in the lower left corner.
Click on “Transfer Table.”
Click on “Table No.” on the left.
Select the original table.
Click on “Table No.” on the right.
Choose the corresponding table number that the customers need to move to.
You can choose a certain item or the whole order to be transferred to the new table.
Click on “OK.”
Click on “OK.”
Click on “Close”.
Now the order that belonged to the original table has been transferred to the new table.
