For QR Ordering, if advance payment is not required, the order will be sent to the kitchen without being paid. And the table icon on ZiiPOS will turn red to remind you that this is an unpaid order. If advance payment is required, the order will be sent to the kitchen after customers pay for it online or offline.
Sign in Portal. Zii – Dashboard (ziicloud.com)
- Click the button in the top right corner.
- Go to “General” under “Online Order”.
- Click on “modify”. Then toggle on or off “Require Payments for QRCode Ordering” as needed.
- Click “save” and click “Yes” to confrim.
