Online orders cannot be refunded in ”daily report” or “order list”.
There are two ways to refund an online order.
Method I: Refund Via ZiiPOS
- Click on the cell-phone-like icon on the top of the home page.
- Click on the button on the left and go to “List”.
- You could search for the order you need by setting some filters.
- Click on the order and click on “Refund”.
- Choose the refund method and enter the amount.
- Click on “Next”.
- Provide a reason for the refund.
- Click on “Confirm” and then click on “Yes” to confirm.
Method II: Refund Via Portal
- Sign in Portal. Zii – Dashboard (ziicloud.com)
- Click on “Online Order” and then go to “List”.
- You could search for the order you need by setting some filters.
- Click on the order and click on “Refund”.
- Choose the refund method and enter the amount.
- Click on “Next”.
- Provide a reason for the refund.
- Click on “Confirm” and then click on “Yes” to confirm.
Normally, customers will get refund within 10 working days.
