How to Do Refund for an Online Order

Online orders cannot be refunded in ”daily report” or “order list”.

There are two ways to refund an online order.

Method I: Refund Via ZiiPOS

  • Click on the cell-phone-like icon on the top of the home page.
  • Click on the button on the left and go to “List”.
  • You could search for the order you need by setting some filters.
  • Click on the order and click on “Refund”.
  • Choose the refund method and enter the amount.
  • Click on “Next”.
  • Provide a reason for the refund.
  • Click on “Confirm” and then click on “Yes” to confirm.

Method II: Refund Via Portal

  • Sign in “Portal”. (portal.ziicloud.com)
  • Click on “Online Order” and then go to “List”.
  • You could search for the order you need by setting some filters.
  • Click on the order and click on “Refund”.
  • Choose the refund method and enter the amount.
  • Click on “Next”.
  • Provide a reason for the refund.
  • Click on “Confirm” and then click on “Yes” to confirm.

Normally, customers will get refund within 10 working days.
