Check if the open hours are set well.
Sign in “Portal”.
- Set opening hours. Find “others” and click “locations”

- Click on “edit”

- Modify the time range and click “save”

Check if all of items, categories and menus you need are available for online order.
Check Menu Group
- Tap the toolbar button in the lower left corner of the ZiiPOS homepage.

- Go to “Settings”.

- Go to “Menu Group”.

- Click on “edit”

- Make sure you have turned on “Available for Online Order.”

Check Category
- Go to “Category.”

- Click on the catgory that you need it to be avaiable for online order.

- Make sure that you have turned on “avaiable for online order”.

Check Items
- Go to “Item.”

- Click on the item that you need it to be avaiable for online order.

- Click on “Extra Settings” and make sure the box of “available for online order” is checked.
