How to Solve Online Order Disabled

Check if the open hours are set well.

Sign in “Portal”.

  • Set opening hours. Find “others” and click “locations”
  • Click on “edit”
  • Modify the time range and click “save”

Check if Online Order Permission is Turned On

Go to Portal.

Check if all of items, categories and menus you need are available for online order.

Check Menu Group

  • Tap the toolbar button in the lower left corner of the ZiiPOS homepage.
  • Go to “Settings”.
  • Go to “Menu Group”.
  • Click on “edit”
  • Make sure you have turned on “Available for Online Order.”

Check Category

  • Go to “Category.”
  • Click on the catgory that you need it to be avaiable for online order.
  • Make sure that you have turned on “avaiable for online order”.

Check Items

  • Go to “Item.”
  • Click on the item that you need it to be avaiable for online order.
  • Click on “Extra Settings” and make sure the box of “available for online order” is checked.
