How to solve online order disabled.

Check if the open hours are set well.

  1. Set opening hours. Find “others” and click “locations”
  • Click “edit”
  • Modify the time range and click “save”

Check if all of items, categories and menus you need are available for online order.

Menu group

  1. Click “edit”
  • Make sure the box of online order is checked.

Category

  1. Select a category.
  • Make sure the box of delivery is checked.

Item

  1. Select an item.
  • Make sure the box of “available for online order” is checked.
