Sign in Portal. Zii – Dashboard (ziicloud.com)
- Click the button in the top right corner.
- Click on “Online Order” and go to “general”.
- Choose a store and click on “modify”.
- By turning on “Auto accept orders”, online orders and qr orders will be automatically accepted.
By turning off “Auto accept orders”, online orders and QR orders can only be accepted manually.
- With “Auto accept orders” on, a batch time window can be set, which means during the time, orders will be hanging, and you can still choose not to accept them. Then, when it’s timed out, the order will be accepted automatically.
- Click on “Save” and click on “Yes” to save.
