- Go to “product item maintenance utility” in “system”.
- Click “more function” and click “export product item to text file”.
- Click on the button to set a location.
- Set a name and click on “Save”.
- Click on “OK”
- Click on “Close”.
- Go to an excel and follow the steps in the picture below.
- Select Chinese simplified GB18030 to make sure that Chinese character shows normal.
- Click “transform data”.
- Change the type of barcode and product code.
- Save the data.
- Then you will get the Excel of the items.
