You need to make the item, category and menu group all available for online order or QR order.
Tap the toolbar button in the lower left corner of the ZiiPOS homepage.
Go to “Settings”.
Click on “Item”.
Select the item you need.
- Click on “Extra Settings” and then turn on the buttons if you need the item to be available for QR code ordering or online order.
- Click on “Save” and then click on “Yes” to save.
Go to “category”.
Click the category which include the items you need. Turn these buttons on to make the item belonging to it available for online order or QR order. (The item also has to be available for online order or QR order, otherwise, you won’t see this item even its category is available for online order or QR order)
Click on “Save” and click on “Yes” to save.
Go to “menu group”.
Click “edit” of the menu group you need.
Turn these buttons on and save to make it available for online order or QR order. (The corresponding buttons of categories and items belonging to it are also needed to turn on.)
Click on “Save” and click on “Yes” to save.
Wait about 30 mins for sync, the items can be ordered online or by QR code.
