Starting from V2.6.9, the function “Takings” has been added to ZiiPOS (F&B).
– “Takings” is a function separate from cash declaration, which records the amount of turnovers from different payment methods.
– The figures recorded in “Takings” are taken from the orders that have been issued since the last taking. So it is normal that the figures are enormous when you get into “Takings” for the first time since it records turnovers from the very beginning day.
– With the help of “Takings”, you can find out if there is a difference of the turnover amount between recorded and counted.
This guide will introduce you the process of doing takings.
Tap the button in the lower left corner on the homepage of ZiiPOS.
Tap takings.
- If there are orders that have not been balanced, you will see this notification.
Enter the password and tap “OK”.
You can open the cash drawer by tapping “Open Cash Drawer”.
Enter the total amount of the cash in the cash drawer, or you can enter the quantity of notes.
Tap “Save” when it’s done.
Taking process cannot be reversed, tap “OK” to save it.
It will go to the taking report page.
Drop down and you can print the taking receipt.
