- Go to “product item maintenance utility” in “system”.
- Click “group setting” in “more function”
- Check the box of “Change GST Rate”, if the sales price of these items includes GST, and it will only have an effect on items but not sales price. If the sales price doesn’t include GST, it will have an effect on sales price.
- Check the box of “change GST rate” and “change sales price with new GST rate” , the sales price will be changed at the same time.
