What does the page look like when receiving an online order
- You can see a red dot with a number when receiving new online orders.
Where to find an online order of TOADY and what to do
- Go to the very first page on POS and click the button like the circled one in picture below.
- Select “pending” and you can see orders which are pending.
For a pick-up order.
- You can check some information. Click “cancel” to cancel the order. When it’s ready to serve, click “set as ready”.
- After being picked up, select the order and click “set as picked” to complete this order.
- Go to “completed” and you can check completed online orders.
For delivery orders
- You can check some information. Click “cancel” to cancel the order. When it’s ready to serve, click “set as ready”.
- After delivering, select the order and click “set as delivering”.
- Before being confirmed receipt, you can see this page.
