On the reservation page on ZiiPOS, different colors of table represent different stages of reservation.
Green:
The reservation has been accepted, and the status is confirmed but “Check-in” has not been processed yet.
Blue:
The reservaion has been clicked on “Check-in”, and the status is “Seated”.
Orange:
The order has been placed, and the status is balanced. And the table will turn back to white after the meal time.
Yellow：
1. The reservation has been accepted, but the check-in has not been clicked when it passes the meal start time.
2. The reservation has been accepted, but the check-in has not been clicked when it passes the meal end time. And the reservation status is “No Show.”
Pink:
The reservation has been accepted and checked in, and the order has been placed. However, when the meal end time has passed, check-out has not been processed.
Please Note:
When it comes to the next day, all tables on the reservation page will turn back to white.
