Why Didn’t a Reservation Succeed or Customers Cannot Reserve.

Condition 1:

For staff, the page gets stuck in “submitting” after clicking “save”. For customer, there is no time range selections for them to choose.


Go to a browser and sign in Zii – Dashboard (ziicloud.com)

  1. Make sure the available time you set was divided into pieces.
  • Make sure opening hours are set.

Condition 2: not suitable table


you have to set a minimum require. For instance, a customer cannot book when choosing 1 for “number of people if the minimum require is 2.
