Click on the toolbar button in the lower left corner.
Go to “Settings”.
Click on the button on the left and go to “Printer”.
Click on “Modify” in the lower left corner.
Tick “Support Chinese Character Printer”.
Click on “Save” and click on “Yes” to Save.
If it still shows “???” aftet checking the box of “Support Chinese Character Printer”, please contact our support for help.
