- Tap the toolbar button in the lower left corner of the ZiiPOS homepage.
- Go to “Settings”.
- Drop the page down and find two buttons named “item note” and “order note”, and click on “Modify”.
- With the “item notice” button on, a note for a single item is allowed, with the “order note” button on, a note for an order is allowed.
- Save the change.
