How to Set a Note Allowed to an Item or an Order (Apply to ZiiTO, Kiosk and Online Order)

  • Click on the “toolbar button” in the lower left corner.
  • Click on “Settings” in the toolbar.
  • You will be presented with the “Profile” page.
  • Find two buttons named “item note” and “order note”, and click on “Modify”.
  • With the “item notice” button on, a note for a single item is allowed, with the “order note” button on, a note for an order is allowed.
  • Save the change.
