What to do if printers not working

If your printer doesn’t work, please follow the steps.

  • Reboot the printer.
  • Test if the printer is connected successfully.
  • If it still doesn’t work, please check the cable of the printer. The light around the cable port should be on. Please re-plug the cable if the light is off. And please check network in your store at the same time.

How to test if printers are connected successfully

  1. Go to settings on POS or local server. Click “printer”.
  • Select a printer and click it.
  • Click “test” to see if it is connected successfully.
