If your printer doesn’t work, please follow the steps.
- Reboot the printer.
- Test if the printer is connected successfully.
- If it still doesn’t work, please check the cable of the printer. The light around the cable port should be on. Please re-plug the cable if the light is off. And please check network in your store at the same time.
How to test if printers are connected successfully
- Go to settings on POS or local server. Click “printer”.

- Select a printer and click it.

- Click “test” to see if it is connected successfully.
